Washington Mashanda is a finance and business consulting professional with over 20 years of working experience in strategy implementation, project management, business transformation, BBBEE, operational risk management, business process analysis and re-modelling, Finance and Accounting, project development and capital raising.

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree (B Compt) from the University of South Africa, CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting, Post graduate diploma (PGDip) in general management and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Washington has worked in a variety of industry sectors including tobacco, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical technology, oil and gas, rail transport, and IT & software development.

Simba Takuva is an admitted attorney in South Africa with over 15 years’ experience in managing governance, risk, and compliance in practice as well as in-house. He studied law at the University of the Witwatersrand and graduated with an LLB with distinction. Simba’s core expertise is in legal drafting, regulatory compliance, transaction advisory, contract management and dispute resolution. Simba Takuva started his career at Werksmans Attorneys and later joined Bowmans Inc. He is the founding partner of ST Inc a registered law firm, pioneering the fractional general counsel service model in South Africa.
